A scramble in front of the Hooligans’ net would see the Bulldogs go in front, with Alidad “The Alligator” Mireskandari whacking in from Andrew “The Ox” Viox. The Bulldogs would go up 2-0 with The Ox from Steve Parry, but the Hooligans would cancel that out with some fantastic puck work when Keith Plescia fed Dave Leong, who would push a puck to Joe Hutchison for his finish. The Ox was out for another and would do just that when The Alligator and Alex Sinelnikov helped, which was followed by The Alligator unassisted. Now 4-1 Bulldogs, they would have to go shorthanded when Bill “Mondo” Mondano was deemed a bad dog and would have to go to the box for a trip. No matter though for his K-9 buddies, who would score short handed, The Alligator leading The Ox for his hat trick goal, then The Ox returning the favor and helping The Alligator complete the second Bulldogs hat trick, both dropping two short handed goals on the Hooligans en route to a 6-1 win.
